Qnaiwer is located in the Bsharri district of the North governorate. There are seven verified places in the town, primarily churches, guesthouses, hiking spots, and wineries. Among the best-known sites are Casa Nostra, Château Awad—a distinguished wine boutique from North Lebanon—and دير مار آبون.
